Charlotte is the largest city in North Carolina and the location of over three hundred German, Swiss and Austrian firms. At least two hundred of those firms have headquarters in Germany. A monthly meeting is held for the 350 members of the Alemannia German Society at the Waldhorn Restaurant in Pineville. Throughout the year, the Society also participates in events in and around Charlotte, sometimes in conjunction with the Swiss Society of Charlotte .

Downtown Pineville and Anniversary Dinners. I walked through the tiny downtown area of Pineville this week. I was in search of a little bakery shop that I found online.
